What STORIA is
STORIA is a product of Icona Labs LLC, operating at bystoria.com and built by Austere (byaustere.com). It turns your answers about your music into a complete marketing plan: identity work, fan personas, a release plan, a content calendar, and production briefs, delivered as an interactive dashboard. Using STORIA means you accept these terms.
What you are buying
The Marketing Plan is a one-time purchase per account: $199 for the plan, or $499 for the plan with Austere Review, where a human strategist audits every section before it reaches you. Austere Review can also be added to an existing plan for $300. Every plan includes three rounds of revisions, driven by your notes, plus free rebuilds of any section that was built without an answer you later provide. Prices are in US dollars and can change for future purchases; a change never affects a plan you already bought.
All sales are final
We do not offer refunds. The plan is generated specifically for you from your answers and cannot be returned. This is stated before you pay, on the payment page itself, and here. If something in your plan is wrong or falls short, use your revision rounds, or write to plans@bystoria.com and a person will make it right the way we can: by fixing the work.
How your plan is made
Your plan is written by AI trained on Austere's marketing system, from your answers, and checked by automated quality rules. With Austere Review, a human strategist also reviews it before release. A marketing plan is strategy, not a guarantee: what it produces depends on the music and the execution, and no outcome, audience size, or revenue is promised.
What is yours and what is ours
Your music, your lyrics, and your answers are yours; buying a plan gives us no rights to them beyond what is needed to generate and store your plan. The plan we deliver is yours to use however you like in your career. The STORIA product itself, its templates, prompts, and systems, stay ours.
Your account
One plan per account. Keep your login to yourself; anyone with your password can read your plan. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from your dashboard's account menu. Deletion is immediate, irreversible, and does not refund a purchase.
Fair use
Do not resell access, scrape the product, probe its security, or feed it someone else's work as your own. We can close accounts that abuse the product; if that ever happens to a paid account that did nothing wrong, write to us and a person will sort it out.
Liability, plainly
We work hard to keep STORIA available and correct, but we provide it as it is, and our total liability for anything arising out of a purchase is capped at what you paid for it. Nothing here limits what cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
When these terms change in a way that matters, we post the update here and change the date above. Continuing to use STORIA after a change means you accept it. Questions: plans@bystoria.com.
