We have worked with artists from independent releases to major label campaigns. The work always starts the same way: with your story. STORIA is that process, end to end, built into a product you can move through on your own.


The Austere method

Four phases.
One complete plan.

Each phase builds on the last. You cannot skip ahead. That is intentional. The specificity of what comes later depends entirely on the depth of what comes first.

Phase 1

Foundations

Before we build your plan, we build your story. Who you are, what world you live in, what drives the work, what makes you distinct from every other artist in your lane. This is not a questionnaire. It is the most important strategic work you will do, and it happens before anything else because everything downstream depends on it.

At the end of Phase 1, STORIA generates your Situation Snapshot: your platform health, your benchmark position, your Spotify signal read, and a comparison map of artists whose audiences overlap with yours. You see where you actually stand before we build anything.

Phase 2

Voice

How your story sounds in public. Your content pillars, your tone, your cadence on every platform. The framework that keeps your presence consistent and recognizable between releases, not just when you have something to promote.

This is where most artists fall apart. They post when they have a release and disappear when they don't. STORIA gives you a content architecture that runs all the time, so when the release does come, you're posting into a warm room.

Phase 3

Rollout

Your release calendar, built around how music actually moves. Pre-promo, drop week, post-release. Singles sequencing, editorial pitch windows, what to post at every stage of the campaign. Specific to your release date and your release type. Not a generic template.

All release dates are Fridays. Always. Every rollout window is calibrated to your audience size and your platform mix. The plan accounts for where you are right now, not where you want to be.

Phase 4

Logistics

The infrastructure the story runs on. Distribution, deals, team structure, and budget. We build this phase in because the artists who skip it always wish they hadn't. Usually at the worst possible moment in a campaign.

Phase 4 is unlocked progressively as earlier phases are completed. Some of it will already be in place. Some of it you'll need to put in place before the rollout begins. We tell you which is which.
